  This package is ideal if you want the MLS and all the necessary items to sell your home. Studies have shown that the same home listed in MLS sells for more than if the home had not been in MLS. In the best case, MLS can change your goal from hoping to find one buyer to having multiple buyers bidding your price up, possibly even over your asking price.

  • MLS Listing includes full listing in the Realtors Multiple Listing Service with a full color photo;
  • Step by Step Professional Guidance experienced Realtor help, answers to your questions, free Mortgage lender preapproval, and use of real estate trust account;
  • Internet Listings with color photo. We list your home information and photo on over 106 of the most visited real estate websites including REALTOR.COM, PioneerPress.com, and many other sites too numerous to list. We even have a special agreement with the largest local real estate companies where your home will be shown on their website (Coldwell Banker Burnet, Edina Realty, Remax, and Counselor Realty-note these are trademarked names of independent non-affiliated companies);
  • Yard Sign Rental that displays your phone number on this professionally installed For Sale By Owner sign (shown with optional brochure box) Townhome or Condo sellers may substitute 4 open house or for sale directional arrow signs for this sign;
