How to Order

1. Print out the following forms. Due to regulatory requirements there are two separate forms that need to be completed. These forms can also be faxed or mailed if you are not able to print them (recent versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, and other browsers can display and print these files):
   
   
   Order Form
   
   Listing Agreement
   
   
2. Complete Order Form and Listing Agreement (with attached Agency form): Select the services you want, enter your payment information, sign and date the other forms.
   
   
3. Complete the MLS information form:
   
   MLS Information Form: Single Family - Townhome - Condominium
   
   MLS Information Form: Multi-Family - Duplexes Only
   
• If you wish, you can complete the information on the form you know and leave other sections blank (such as room sizes) and we will research old MLS listings or other records to find the information if possible. This may delay your listing being input into MLS if you want it listed as soon as possible.
  
  

4. Fax the forms to 888-457-9307.

   You can also drop off or mail the forms.
   
   
5. You will receive an order confirmation the next business day. Your listing will be entered the next business day (or the day you request if later than the next business day). We will contact you if there is home information needed or to confirm the information we have looked up on your home. You will receive a copy of your listing and further instructions as soon as your home is listed. Yard signs are installed within 2-3 business days, except when the ground is frozen (then it takes 3-4 business days). Other supplies such as key lockboxes are shipped to your home address and are usually received within one business day. Call or email us with questions.
